AI Zombie Couple Privacy Policy

Information We Process

We process account identifiers, email and login details; uploaded photos; generation requests, task status and generated videos; payment and allowance records; support messages; and technical information needed for security and diagnostics. Stripe processes card details; we do not store full card numbers.

When you create an account, we record your registration IP address and the approximate country, region and city estimated from that IP by Cloudflare, when available. This location estimate may be inaccurate, particularly when a VPN or proxy is used. We also record a source label for your first visit, such as Google, ChatGPT, Bing, another referring website's domain or a campaign source label, to understand how people find the service. We do not store the full referring URL in this account field. This visit source is separate from your sign-in provider.

Purpose and Providers

We use this information to authenticate you, process your photo, deliver videos to My videos, apply purchased allowances, return allowances for failed tasks, investigate problems, handle support and rights complaints, and prevent abuse.

Photos and task inputs are sent through KIE and the underlying AI provider used for the request. We use Cloudflare for hosting, database and file storage, Stripe for payments, Google for sign-in when enabled, and Google Analytics and Microsoft Clarity to understand how the site is used. Providers may process data outside your country under their own terms. We do not sell your personal information or use uploads in public marketing without separate permission.

Photos, Links, and Retention

Upload only photos you have the rights and consent to use. Do not upload photos of celebrities or public figures, confidential documents, or sensitive personal information.

Before a photo is uploaded, your browser checks that it shows a recognizable subject, such as a person or pet. This check runs on your device; the photo is not sent anywhere for it.

We do not list your uploads or outputs in a public showcase. File delivery may use direct URLs; anyone who obtains such a URL may be able to access the file. Keep links private.

Uploaded photos are only needed to create your video and are deleted automatically 7 days after upload. Generated videos stay in My videos until you ask us to delete them; download the videos you want to keep. Account, transaction, security and complaint records may be retained as needed for operations, disputes and legal obligations. Backups and third-party provider records may take additional time to expire. We do not promise immediate or complete deletion from third-party systems.

Cookies and Choices

Essential cookies support sign-in, security, language and preferences. Google Analytics measures visits and traffic sources. Microsoft Clarity records how visitors interact with pages, such as clicks, scrolling and mouse movement, to help us fix usability problems; it does not receive your uploaded photos or payment details. Both may set cookies and process this usage information under their own privacy terms. You can manage browser cookies; blocking essential cookies can prevent sign-in.

We also use a first-party cookie named first_touch to remember the source of your first visit and associate it with your account if you register. The cookie stores a signed source label and expires after one year; it does not contain your uploaded photos, videos or payment details. You can remove or block it through your browser's cookie settings. If no source information is available, we may be unable to identify where you first found the service.

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, export or deletion of your information, or object to certain processing, by emailing support@aizombiecouple.net. We may verify your identity. Mandatory financial or security records may need to be retained.

Age, Security, and Contact

This service is for people aged 18 and over. Report an unauthorized upload or an underage user's data to support. We use reasonable safeguards but cannot guarantee absolute security. Contact support@aizombiecouple.net for privacy requests and see DMCA / Takedown for content complaints.
